Guarantee
At H M Williams we are firmly committed to customer service.
In order to ensure that our service levels are of the highest calibre, we guarantee that if any of the following service levels are not met, then we will refund the fee. This is a no quibble guarantee and you are the only judge.
If we don’t meet any of the following service criteria within a month, then we will offer to refund the appropriate fee:
- We will return any messages left within one working day
- We will reply to any letters/emails/faxes within two working days
- All accounting and taxation work will be carried out by suitably qualified people
- Clients will be contacted at least four times a year to ensure they are happy with our services
